Please submit the patches against the "trunk", the CVS "HEAD". Check out 
the current  code (see <http://www.mozilla.org/cvs.html>), integrate 
your changes, update (in case something changed during your integration) 
and do a |cvs diff -uN . > output.diff| at the highest common level of 
your changes.

Since you do not have checkin rights, you cannot add new files to the 
diff (at least not automatically), so you could but them in a zip.

BTW: "Put back" = "check in" / "submit" (Saying that for all, because I 
had problems to understand you at first.)

Binaries will be nice, if you need broad testing before checking it in 
to the mozilla.org CVS tree (from which binaries are made 'automatically').
