Hello everyone,

I've been using Netscape 6.0 on Windows NT 4.0 sp4 since it was
released. No comments on speed. The main reason that I switched was the
multiple Pop3 Email Accounts and easy access to putting mail into
folders. This has been working just great for the last several month,
however today for no known reason I started getting an exception error
when Selecting Task-Mail. Usually it takes about 3 or 4 min before the
error message shows up. It uses 100% of my cpu during the time, Memory
and PageFaults continue to go up during this time. During this time I
also See the mail screen and all my Mail Boxes however I have no control

over anything using the mouse. I thought that maybe I should re-install
so when I went up to Netscape I noticed that a new version 6.01 was
available so I installed it. But the message is still coming up.
The exact message says this:

Netscp6.exe - Application Error
The exception unknown software exception(0xc00000fd) occurred in the
application at
location 0x0f5ca6e9.
Click Ok to terminate the application
Click on Cancel to debug the application.

Does anyone have any idea of why this all of a sudden started happening
or what I can do to resolve this. I really do not want to start using
another email program.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,
David P. Leone

P.S. I'm glad I did not delete 4.7 otherwise I would have no way of
getting to this group.
