"Home Page" on e-mail screen

Using Netscape Communicator 4.75
When I open mail or news, the bottom half of screen (Where messages
eventually appear), displays a "Netscape Home page", or similar.    How
can I eliminate this "feature"?
...remove "NOSPAM" from e-mail to reply directly.
