Well, I can see no reason to go to the badly flawed MS products
and their dubious "features".

Re-install 4.7. It's possible that your originale 4.7 profiles
are still there, in \netscape\users
If so, leave them there.

In N6, start a message addressed to all your new email address,
and click "send later"
Close all intances of Netscape.
Copy "UNSENT" from the N6 Mail folder to the NC4.7 mail folder.
Delete "UNSENT.SNM"
Start Communicator, and move the addresses from the unsent
message to the address book.

Mail folders can simply be copied into the USERS\mail folder
Remember that they will overwrite files with the same name.
