dragging messages to folders

For a long time with mozilla, I've been able to move a mail message to a 
folder by dragging from the (top) pane of message "summaries" to a 
folder in the (left) pane of folders. But for CVS builds for a couple of 
weeks now, this has not worked. Has anyone else noticed this, and has a 
bug been opened for it? I'm using the Linux version.
