currently, there is no UI for manually import mail (and filters) from 4.x.
there is a bug on manually importing 4.x mail, but not manually
importing 4.x filters. Can you this RFE using bugzilla?
You have two options:
1) automigrate again (using -installer)
2) migrate the filter files by hand. (requires you to know where there
were in 4.x and where they should go in 6.x and if the file name changed.)
