Hi, the first thing mozilla news asks for when it is started is a "username for new server access". When I enter my username, mozilla hangs. When I hit cancel instead, mozilla behaves ok. It makes no sense to prompt for an answer that hangs the program. Why not disable this "feature" until it is fixed? Charlie Linux with nightly mozilla builds. Problem has been present for at least 4 months.
