MOZILLA mail and news

Will the new mozilla mail and news program be intergrated into Mozilla in
the same way as Netscape mail was integrated into Netscape?

I much prefer the way that Outlook express is seperate from the browser,
that way if you want to use another mail client but keep the same browser
you can or viz a viz.
