Hi all,
I'm having a problem deleting messages in IMAP folders from Netscape. It
works fine to copy messages between IMAP folders, but delete has no
effect. Moving (as in "file", copies the message and does not remove it
in the original folder). I can see this by opening the mailbox file on
the server.
In "Mail Server Properties" in Netscape I have
IMAP server directory: Mail/
Server supports folders... checked
Personal namespace '"'
When I delete a messgae "Remove it immediately"
I have verified that the messages are still not deleted when exiting
Netscape.
Using Netscape 4.75 (Windows).
The IMAP server responds:
* OK tor Solstice (tm) Internet Mail Server (tm) IMAP4 service @ 2.0 -
at Sun, 15 Apr 2001 10:54:21 +0200 (MET DST)
These operations (delete and move) works fine with Gnus under Linux.
Any clue as to what is going on here?
