Help me PLEASE!

Hello there!
I have connected to the Internet through SOCKS FireWall. I setup
parameters for Socks proxy in Mozilla 0.8.1 and can go through SOCKS
firewall into Internet. But when I have setup my free mail account (on
USA.NET) Mozilla 0.8.1 go to it directly ignoring socks proxy settings.
Why?
In Netscape, StarOffice, OutLook and others mail clients this is not
problem.
How can I talk about this problem with Mozilla's developers or how can
I
change this behavior ?!
