There are plenty of bugs that need fixing that don't require being able
to compile mozilla. Most of the UI stuff can be worked on without
compiling. Also, some bugs might be able to be fixed just by examining
the source and proposing changes in bugs. You can even read the source
in HTML at lxr.mozilla.org.
