Bookmarks--> How do I remove the imported ones?

Hey

I use Mozilla and my girlfriend uses, yuk, IE 5.5. She has her 
bookmarks, and i intend to have mine. But...

I have a problem with Mozilla importing IE's favouites. I really don't 
want to have them at all, and the option to remove/delete them isn't 
available. Besides... those bookmarks does not work at all.

help?
