A number of us here have submitted a patch to add LDAP and MAPI support
in the Address Book. See bug #78933.
We have also made available experimental builds
at (http://abzilla.mozdev.org). We hope to land this for 0.9.2.
There is an explanation in how to set it up by manually editing the
preferences. Our next patch will add support for a UI interface.
The UI interface would leverage the work done on LDAP autocompletion.
We would welcome people downloading the experimental builds and
providing feedback.
