Composer and the Email Client

Question.  Is is possible to create a page in Composer and then insert 
it into a message instead of attaching the item to the message?  I would 
love to create a page in Composer and then email that page to some of my 
friends.  I don't want it to go out as an attachment but as the main 
body of the message.  I trust that I have explained my question well.
