Just copy the old mail files from your old profile folder into the new
profile folder.
Location of profile folder for Netscape 6:
c:\windows\application data\mozilla\users50\YourProfileName\xxxxx.slt\
The mails are in the subfolder \Mail\<mailservername>
Copy the files without extension only (e.g. SENT).
