Delivery Receipts and Return Receipts

     Does anyone know if Delivery Service Notification capabilities like that in Netscape Messenger is going to make it into Mozilla?
     If so, I think a nice option to include that Netscape Messenger doesn't have is the ability to have all outoing messages include it by default.
