attchment problems

Since we installed 4.14 of netscapes mailserve, we can no longer use group
mailings fusing the groups from microsoft persoanl address book. All
attachments end up being a lot of giberrish when they arrive (winmail.dat)

Does anyone have a solution for this (we are using NT4 with Outlook98)
