I have a similar problem. I've set keep mails on server / delete mails,
when deleted local. When I delete some eMails in Mozilla 0.9.1 and
synchronize a few minutes later with Netscape 4.75, all messages
appears. One working in the other sequence, first Netscape, then
Mozilla, it works, as expected.
