Mh,

there is an arrow beneath the news-accounts name to click down. There is 
the entry for offline&diskspace.
However, I don't know, how this is in NS6, I use Mozilla, but it should 
be the same.
Well, it's the wrong newsgroup, go to NS6 newsgroups, if the arrow-hint 
doesn't help any further.
