It's certainly nice to be able to see the improvements that have been
made since NS6.
Just curious: why does the target time for "Mail Module Loading Time"
list three times in parens after it? So the goal is to get down to
3.15s, but more specifically, the goal is to average 3.15s by running it
thrice and achieving times of 3.18, 3.11 & 3.15 on each respective run?
