Mail/News wrapping glitch?

You'll have to see my reply to this message to see the glitch.

When you reply to a mail/news at the spot Moz drops you, you get text 
wrapping just fine.

However, if you back up one line (as I often do.. to get closer to the 
"> >'s)

you do not get wrapping.  My reply to this post will demonstrate.
