I use a shortcut to open Mozilla Mail directly (not open the browser and
then hit the mail button). Whenever I do this Mail opens up to a normal
view except the name of my default mail account is selected, but it
displays the three pane interface, with no messages at the top and
nothing displayed at the bottom (I do have the Mail start page disabled).
Is there anything I can do to make mail start up to that new screen that
you get when you click on the account? (Read mail, compose mail, view
settings for account, create account, search messages, create filters..
) Mail used to do this, but it stoped a while back.
