I logged a bug in bugzilla (83547) about forwarded emails with
attachments not showing attachments.
According to the bug record, the bug was fixed, and for some cases it is.
However, I still am not able to see the attachments of email messages
that are forwarded to me. Right now, that is the only bug keepign me
from using mozilla full time.
The scenario is this
1) Corporate email system is Novell Groupwise. In groupwise, I set up a
rule whereby every email I receive is forwarded to my "real" email
account, and then deleted from netscape.
2) The emails get sent to my other account (IMAP) successfully and the
file size is shown correctly. However, if I try to download the
attachment, there is no attachment to download in mozilla. Works fine in
Netscape 4.77
Can anyone at netscape or another developer offer any insight on this? I
know of other people in this newsgroup who are also running into this.
I've contacted the responsible person for the bug, but have gotten no response.
