Yup. I did succeded in using mutt to open the Inbox file once...However, 
I guess that you also want to get new messages from the server instead 
of just opening old emails lying on the remote host. In which case I 
must say that I've never tried using multiple programs (mozilla and mutt 
or anything else) to read/write to the same Inbox file.
