Assigning Inbox as default Mailbox

All - is it possible to set the default mail account inbox to be the 
default mailbox to load when mail/news is loaded.


looked everywhere and can't find anything

ps. anybody know of a 'free' LDAP server i can use?? one i don't need to 
register to use.
