SSL with IMAP or POP on 0.9.2

When setting up an IMAP or POP account with Mozilla 0.9.2,
there no longer seems to be an option for using SSL.  I noticed
that I can edit the SSL option for accounts I setup previous
to 0.9.2, but new ones don't seem to allow it.  I've tested
this both under Linux and Mac OS 9.

What am I doing wrong?
