Yes there is such a program and it's written by me :-). It is called Dawn
5.0 and went "Gold" just August 3. Dawn supports a variety of formats
including decent support for the MAB format (which Mozilla/Netscape 6 use).
It cannot detect if an address has been deleted and it does not pick up on
changes made to entries once they are created for the first time. For Palm
Pilot your best bet is to use Dawn to export the file into CSV and then use
Palm software to import that.

Dawn also lets you export into various programs including Netscape 4.x and
even Netscape 3.x, Outlook, Outlook Express, Opera, Pegasus, Eudora, and
more. And you can export to simple text (a list of nicknames and addresses),
CSV, LDIF, HTML, and more.

Dawn can also read other formats. All the ones mentioned above, plus Palm
Desktop.

look at it occasionally (you can tell seeing how late I am replying).
