uninstall n6 using windows uninstall,reboot then go to
c:\windows\application data. There you should see a folder Mozilla,
this was left behind by n6 and it is where all the preferences lay for
mail etc. Delete the mozilla folder, empty the bin reboot and reinstall
n6. This may well solve your problem.
