View Complete Card functionality

I got NS 6.1 and it had one functioanlity that Mozilla has been lacking
for ages, the "View Complete Card" button next to a vcf card. I don't
think this is Netscape proprietory, so why isn't this in Mozilla
already? Will 0.9.2.1 have this? If it does, do you guys plan to merge
it into the main Mozilla trunk?
