changing key bindings for NS 6.1 on linux

In Netscape 4, I liked being able to use the key sequence Alt-Enter to
send email messages. That doesn't work in Netscape 6, and there is no
app-defaults file to edit, and I don't know if such a setting exists in
the prefs.js file.

Is this possible to set?
