How to import mail boxes and address book from Netscape

Hi,
I find it peculiar that Mozilla can import mailboxes and address books
from Eudora and Outlook, but apparently not from Netscape?
I suppose this can be done at install time, but isn't it possible to
do it after that?? If not it has become a major problem for me since
I have been using Mozilla for two months, but I'm still missing my
old files ALOT.
Any help appreciated.
