Well then, WHAT is wrong ???? Just saying "it doesn't work" is not
getting anywhere. In order for the engineers to fix something you have
to be a little more detailed in your presentation ............
If you're in pain and you walk into the Doctor's office and he/she asks
you "where does it hurt" what do you tell him/her?
