Hmm...that's the MIME quoted-printable encoding for
character code 0x20, an ASCII space. Your recipient
must not have a MIME-supporting mailer. For some
reason, it seems Mozilla is encoding the trailing space,
even though it's not out of the 7-bit ASCII range. It
certainly doesn't sound like correct behavior, but I may
be missing something.
