no answers (re:) possible in newsgroups

Hallo,
the file "bookmarks.html" in the mozilla folder blows up to
16 mB (!!!); Netscape 6.1 (new german version) crashs and cannot be started again. It 
happend
always, when I used the browser. On version 6.01
there it was no problem, I had it the first time after upgrading to
netscape 6.1.

Also its not possible to send an ANSWER (Re:) in an existing thread to any newsgroup. 
A NEW posting does work (server must be o.k.), reading also works, but no anwer. This 
problem appears under netscape
6.01 and 6.1.

who can help me?
