Checking multiple mailboxes all of the time

I have two POP accounts set up... I have both checked for new mail when 
Mozilla Mail opens, but I can't get it to check both accounts 
automatically when I click "Get Mail" (it only checks the selected 
account, which means I have to do Get Mail twice).... Is there a way to 
do this?
