Folder loading speed - 0.4 sec less than  2001-08-10
                        0.1 sec less than 2001-08-03

Mail module loading time - 0.47 sec *more* than 2001-08-10
                        0.56 sec *more* than 2001-08-03
                        1.60 sec *more* than NS6.01
