newsgroup order in the folder pane finally fixed

Instead of sorting the newsgroups in the folder pane alphabetically, we 
now show them in the order they appear in the newsrc file, which is the 
order you subscribed to them.

So if you start up today's build, and the order has changed, that's it.

If you don't like the order, you can exit, find your rc file, fix the 
order, and start back up.
