Hi.
After following and testing Mozilla for quite a while, I finally
switched to Mozilla as a browser and mail client. It's excellent.

There are, though, two things I noticed:

The first might be a bug in profile conversion. As I am lazy setting up
my mail server (Cyrus IMAPd 1.5) I configured my old Netscape 4.7x to
use subfolders of INBOX for Sent, etc. Appearently, the path settings
were not properly converted, because Mozilla did attempt and fail to
store sent mail in some "Sent" folder on the server. Only after I set
the Sent mail folder again in the Preferences, it worked. On a side
note: I would have prefered Mozilla returning with an error message over
it trying infinitely long to store mail in a nonexistent folder.

The second is a feature request (but probably more interesting to other
users as well):
I strongly object to being sent spam mail (who doesn't...) which causes
the mail client to request data (Images etc.) via the web (and so
possibly notifies the sender of unwanted mail when I "read" his mail).
I think it would be a great privacy enhancement to be able to turn off
the loading of such images in an eMail.

I probably need to excuse myself for running into my first problem and
might have missed the button which solves my second problem, but I
thought I let anyone know if he cares to.

Greetings

Thomas
