Hi,

I use an SMTP (and imap) server from a hosting domain. It seems that I 
am *not able to send mail via this SMTP server* from my current Mozilla 
profile. Strangely, if I create a "test" profile, sending does work.

My profile (the one I want to continue using) has several (imap) email 
accounts. I deleted ALL SMTP servers from this profile, restarted 
Mozilla and then added the smtp server again. I could still not send. 
Mozilla just sits there saying: "Connecting to Server..." forever.


It seems that my profile is not storing the correct smtp settings.

Is there a file I can delete/edit to make the smtp settings work? Is 
this a bug? Please help me as I really don't want to migrate my (huge) 
profile.
