howto movemail (with linux) with mozilla 0.9.3

Hi everybody,

I try to use movemail with the mail composer
from mozilla 0.9.3 with a linux station.
But I cannot make it worked. I have tried to
find some informations in the newsgroup archives
and I failed.
Does anyone knows how to use movemail ?
