Nope, still will not work--after reinstall.  I don't have the right rpm
version to install the rpm's provided by mozilla, so I used the rpm2targz
tool to convert the rpm's into tarballs that I expand in the root
directory.  It worked just fine to the navigator and the composer, but the
mail client is no where to be found.  I installed the rpm for redhat 6.0.
Reinstallation was the first thing I tried, but still nothing.  The
component bar does not have an envelope icon, the task menu does not have
mail/news, and crtl + 2 does nothing...!
