The address book file in Windows is ABOOK.MAB and it is located by
default in:
"C:\Windows\Application Data\Mozilla\Profiles\<your profile name>\xxxxx.slt"
Where xxxxxx is a random alpha-numeric prefix.
If you don't see abook.mab you may just see "abook" and if you do see
JUST "abook" then it means that you don't have "extensions" enabled in
your windows preferences.
To do that, open your windows "explorer" application and select VIEW /
Folder Options / View and make sure the box "Hide file extensions for
known file types" is UNchecked. Also tick the box "Show all files".
