Quick Launch

Does anyone of you uses the "Quick launch" function in Mozilla 0.94?

1.) I do not see much of an improvement in loading time in Win98SE.
2.) I like to start with Mozilla messenger, but somehow Mozilla launches 
Navigator only. I need to do an additional click to start the Messenger.

Would it be possible to include an option to select either Navigator or 
Messenger to begin with???
