I have the same problem with 2001091621 too.
This is not a new problem. I had it before, it was disapeared for some
time.
Once again: I have lot of mailbox in one imap server. I`d like to move
one message to another server`s mailbox, but I can not do it, because I
have lot of mailbox, more than the height of the screen and the down
scroll arrow will disapear after the first time :(.
