Can't set filter rules to AND

Hi,

I've got a problem with editing mail filter rules. When I open the rule 
and set the filter to "match all of these", click on OK and then re-open 
the dialog, it is set to "match any of these" again.

In the rules.dat file, the filter is set to AND.

I'm using Mozilla 0.9.4 on Linux (SuSE 7.1). Does anybody have the same 
problem?
