Since I u/g to 0.9.4 I've noticed a strange thing happening when I scan
for new messages in newsgroups. The status bar displays the usual
Checking newsgroup X of Y on <SERVER> for new messages
The strange thing is that the value of Y steadily increases, not
everytime it scans, but often enough. For example, I am subscribed to 7
NGs on news.mozilla.org but it now scans 34 (it was 32 a few minutes
ago). When it scans the value of X always runs from 1 to Y.
It isn't just news.mozilla.org but on all 3 NG servers I use.
Anyone else seen this? Is it a known bug (it didn't happen in 0.9.2)?
