It appears to be a regression with the chrome. If I delete the chrome
folder in my *profile* Mozilla rebuilds the chrome correctly. However it
performs the same corruption whenever it wants to, usually after a
couple restarts. This doesn't happen for me in 0.9.3. I'm looking at the
long list of known bugs as well as checking the nightlies :-)
