I have Netscape 6.1 on Windoze NT, sp 6a and am testing as enterprise solution to outlook express after latest Nimda attacks. I imported all of my Outlook Express emails, even if the procedure was cumbersome and not completetely successful (but that's not a problem really). The real trouble is that when I try to retrieve messages from my POP3 account netscape mail hangs. If i stop and do get messages again it stops at the message it stopped before. It is not a problem related to message size, or messages number, but apparently to the text in the message itself. The text is the result of a diff (cygwin1.1.4 diff on NT server) of two text files, sent via perl net::smtp package, if that may help. Please note that Outlook express works fine and that I am the administrator of a network, experienced with years of netscape mail since 3.0, so it possibly is not an error in configuration.
