When you create a new Address Book in Mozilla for the first time, the
position is set to '5'. In your case, you have no other Address Books
apart from the the system ones, so '5' or greater will be fine.

But your real problem I believe is that you have misspelt "dirType". 
Correcting this should at least allow you to see "Localatmyhost" as
an Address Book. 

Lets see how you get on when this appears.

What I meant was that Mozilla can work with your LDAP Server.
