yup, I am one also.. my brain is thinking faster than I can type the
words, so sometimes I leave out words. Sometimes I make crappy
sentenses. (that would be for a grammer checker too (ms word)).
Which I usually read it word for word but its the same thing my brain
sees and not what other people read. Which sometimes I try to show
people a different perspective a lot of times, and mostly it is not
personal but aimed at a group of people and sometimes someone who has a
voice on the matter gets to hear those remarks, but again they are not
suppose to be personally taken but hopefully it will spill into
discussions that would help bring some change that is needed. I know
from personal experience that being always on the inside doesn't allow
you to fully see what people think about something from the outside.
Its a fault I have sometimes lack of respect to push buttons that others
would not do, but it tends to open people's minds a bit. And give them
something to think about. In respect, I try to compensate that by
participating in helping people when I can, not everyone is as bright
and sees things the same way and need help from those that understand.
I've also been in the reverse roll and can show lack-of-respect for
those on the inside.. (my view is sometimes things just have to be said)
And try not to take it personally when your on the receiving end of it.
My view is they are more like FYI's, and not personal attacks.
